 Solitude p: Chris Pearson It piled up at Solitude Mountain Resort on 2/19/07 and RideUtah shredded it with some of our two plank friends. The snow was deep and it felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. Short hikes led to deep rewards. Click to watch the video. |

Largest Event Prize Purse, Broader Field of Competition, First-Ever Superpipe and the Top Names in Women's Snowboarding
The third annual Roxy Chicken Jam is set to take place March 22-25, 2007 in Park City, UT. With $30,000 up for grabs, the addition of the Superpipe competition and valuable WTTR ratings points as the last six-star contest of the year and the deciding event for the 2006/2007 season, this year's Roxy Chicken Jam will be bigger than ever before. The top pros in women's snowboarding will be there, including Roxy team rider and superpipe master Torah Bright. |

There are certain events that come happen that progressively moves the sport into a direction of acceptance. On February 17, Arkade Magazine along with Dragon Optics and Milosport made just such a step forward with the first ever organized event at the famous "Rail Garden".
